Formal Step. Step l: If the grievance is not resolved at the informal level, within ten (10) days the employee or local Association official will present the grievance in writing to the supervisor or appropriate designated person. Within ten (10) days after the presentation of the grievance, the supervisor or designee shall respond to the grievance in writing to the employee.
