Formal Observation and Classroom Walkthrough Sequence. Pre-conferences will begin no later than five (5) working days before each Observation. Observation date will be determined during the pre- conference. All instructors who meet the definition of “teacher” under O.R.C. Section 3319.111 and this policy shall be evaluated based on at least one formal observation and periodic walkthroughs and a summative rating each school year (unless covered in the below contingencies):
