Formal monitoring or observation. of the work of a ancillary staff shall be conducted openly with full knowledge of the ancillary staff. Formal monitoring in any other manner shall be APPENDIX H β ANCILLARY STAFF -applicable to positions and individuals not covered by the Michigan Teacher Tenure Act (Previous Articles from the 2011- 2013 Contract) done only with the consent of the ancillary staff.
