Common use of FOREMEN Clause in Contracts

FOREMEN. Where there are two (2) or more journeymen on the same shift, one (1) shall be a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and shall receive ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ pay and may work with his tools until such a time as there are five (5) Millwrights employed after which he shall act as a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and shall not normally work with his tools.
