for the Lessor. On assignment of the Leased Premises, the Lessor agrees to notify the Lessee thereof, so as to enable him to pay the rents and charges to the new Lessor. All the present and future guarantees pertaining to the performance of the Lease shall be transferred automatically to the acquirer of the Leased Premises.
