For Good Reason By the Executive. The Executive may terminate his employment hereunder for Good Reason; provided, however, that upon written notice of the Executive's decision to terminate for Good Reason, the Company shall have thirty (30) days in which to cure such Good Reason. If the Company fails to cure such Good Reason within said thirty (30) days, the Executive may terminate his employment hereunder for Good Reason.
