Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B. Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services are not permitted to be provided under this Agreement. Texas statutes prohibit the procurement of Professional Engineering and Architect’s Services through a cooperative agreement.
Auditors The auditors whose report with respect to financial statements that is or will be incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Basic Prospectus, any Preliminary Final Prospectus or the Final Prospectus are independent with respect to the Bank under the rules and regulations adopted by the International Federation of Accountants.
