Common use of Food Service Waste Reduction Requirements Clause in Contracts

Food Service Waste Reduction Requirements. Contractor shall comply with the Food Service Waste Reduction Ordinance, as set forth in San Francisco Environment Code Chapter 16, including but not limited to the remedies for noncompliance provided therein. If the scope of services in this contract includes sale, provision, or distribution of water or beverages, include the following section. If those services are not included, xxxx section as "Reserved. (Distribution of Beverages and Water.)". If applicable, one or both of these provisions may be waived pursuant to Admin.
