Floating Holiday. Effective January 1, 2025, and each January 1 thereafter, employees shall receive one (1) annual floating holiday to be used in a full day increment. Floating Holiday. Effective January 1In addition to the recognized holidays identified in Section 3.1, 2025, and each January 1 thereafter, employees eligible employee shall receive be allocated one (1) annual floating holiday (equivalent to 8 hours for a full-time employee) per fiscal year on July 1st.
