Flag; Home Port. (a) The Shipowner will not change the flag or home port of the Vessel without the written consent of the Mortgagee and any such written consent to anyone change of flag or home port shall not be construed to be a waiver of this provision with respect to any subsequent proposed change of flag or home port.
