FISHING IN US/CA AREAS. When fishing in the US/CA area, a sector vessel that fishes in more than one US/CA area or more than one of the four stock areas will complete a catch report each time the vessel changes areas. Sector vessels will track their Eastern US/CA sub‐ACE for Cod and Xxxxxxx separately while fishing in the Eastern Area. Sector vessels may fish in all US/CA areas as well as Open areas in the same trip. The vessel will declare the stock areas (of the Four A16 reporting areas) intended to be fished prior to starting a trip.
