First Nations University Student Library Worker Program Policy. The University Library hires students from mid-September to the end of April on a semester basis. The purpose for hiring these students is to complete daily tasks, for example, shelf reading, circulation, statistics, re-shelving returned materials, and other duties as required. The students work part-time evening and weekend hours. Students may also be called upon for extra hours at times when the library is short-staffed. Students who are interested in working for the library must fill out an application form for employment and attach their current class schedule and a copy of their transcripts. Criteria:
