First Aid/CPR. Within the first four (4) months of employment, the Employer shall ensure that new employees receive an Emergency First Aid course with CPR Level A Protocol. Any renewal of certification shall be done in-house, during regular working hours.

First Aid/CPR. 14 The District agrees to provide an opportunity at no cost for employees to renew first aid cards twice 15 during each school year, and to accept valid sport medicine certification as an alternative to a first 16 aid card provided such alternative certification contains a CPR component. Employees whose 17 assignment requires First Aid/CPR shall be paid at their regular rate of pay for attending a First 18 Aid/CPR course. 19
First Aid/CPR. The Employer shall ensure that there is reasonable access to adequate First Aid kit(s) at each work site, which shall be maintained at designated locations. First Aid, CPR, and behavior support training shall be provided by the Employer to employees required to have such training, at no cost to employees.
First Aid/CPR. Effective January 1, 2016 The Employer will provide CPR and First Aide training once per quarter rotating between sites. This will allow employees to attend training on their own time but not incur the cost of the training.
