Common use of Firm Order for Aircraft with On-Wing Engines Clause in Contracts

Firm Order for Aircraft with On-Wing Engines. 1.1. Airline shall take delivery of ten (10) newly manufactured firm A320 family narrow-body Airbus Aircraft, each equipped with two (2) new CFM56-5B4 On-Wing Engines respectively, to be delivered between ***** (the “Firm Order”), and has the right to convert each Aircraft to A321 family narrow-body aircraft powered by two (2) new CFM56-5B3 On-Wing Engines. Airline has contracted for the Firm Order and Option Aircraft with Airbus.
