Finished surface Clause Samples
The 'Finished Surface' clause defines the required quality, appearance, and condition of surfaces upon completion of construction or manufacturing work. It typically specifies standards for smoothness, cleanliness, and absence of defects such as cracks, blemishes, or unevenness, and may reference industry norms or project-specific requirements. This clause ensures that the final product meets agreed-upon aesthetic and functional expectations, thereby preventing disputes over workmanship and clarifying the level of finish that must be delivered.
