Underground Storage Tanks definition

Underground Storage Tanks shall have the meanings given them in Section 6901 et seq., as amended, of RCRA, or any applicable state or local statute, law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order ruling, or decree governing Aboveground Storage Tanks or Underground Storage Tanks.

Underground Storage Tanks shall have the meaning given it in the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (42 U.S.C. Sections 6901 et seq.).

Underground Storage Tanks shall have the meaning ascribed in such term under the Tank Laws, and shall also include unregulated underground storage tanks used to store Hazardous Substances.

Underground Storage Tanks has the meaning assigned to that term by Section 9001 of RCRA and shall also include the following: (A) any farm or residential tank of 1,100 gallons or less capacity used for storing motor fuel for non-commercial purposes; (B) any tank used for storing heating oil for consumptive use on the premises where stored; (C) any septic tank; (D) any tank which would be considered an underground storage tank under Section 9001 of RCRA but for the fact that it contains hazardous wastes; and (E) any pipes connected to items (A) through (D).

Underground Storage Tanks has the meaning assigned to such term in the Resource, Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C. 6991, as amended, or any applicable state law.

Underground Storage Tanks shall have the meaning given it in the Solid Waste Disposal Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 6991, et seq., and the applicable state law or regulation.
