Financing Income definition

Financing Income has the meaning set forth in Schedule 1.1.
Financing Income means, with respect to any period, an amount equal to (a) the sum of assessed or accrued finance charges, late charges, NSF fees, pay-by-phone fees and other similar fees under the Program during such period, minus (b) the sum of concessions, reversals and write-offs of such finance charges, late charges, NSF fees, pay-by-phone fees and other similar fees and other adjustments during such period in the normal course of business (other than fraud losses).

Examples of Financing Income in a sentence

Related to Financing Income

  • Operating Income means the Company’s or a business unit’s income from operations but excluding any unusual items, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

  • Operating Margin means the incremental adjustments, measured in megawatts, required in PJM Region operations in order to accommodate, on a first contingency basis, an operating contingency in the PJM Region resulting from operations in an interconnected Control Area. Such adjustments may result in constraints causing Transmission Congestion Charges, or may result in Ancillary Services charges pursuant to the PJM Tariff. Operating Margin Customer:

In connection with any EBITDAR calculation made pursuant to this Agreement or any determination or calculation made pursuant to this Agreement for which EBITDAR is a necessary component of such determination or calculation, (i) promptly following request therefor, CEC shall provide Propco with all supporting documentation and backup information with respect thereto as may be reasonably requested by Propco, (ii) such calculation shall be as reasonably agreed upon between Propco and CEC, and (iii) if Propco and CEC do not agree within twenty (20) days of either party seeking to commence discussions, the same may be determined by arbitration in accordance with Section 4 hereof.

  • Cash Flow from Operations means net cash funds provided from operations, exclusive of Cash from Sales or Refinancing, of the Company or investment of any Company funds, without deduction for depreciation, but after deducting cash funds used to pay or establish a reserve for expenses, debt payments, capital improvements, and replacements and for such other items as the Board of Directors reasonably determines to be necessary or appropriate and subject to Loan Conditions.

  • Working Capital Target means $0.

  • Adjusted EBITDA Margin means Adjusted EBITDA divided by operating revenue;

  • EBITDA Margin means the ratio between (a) EBITDA and (b) total toll and other concession revenues.
