Financial and Program Compliance Reviews. The Department may, at its discretion, schedule a more extensive Financial and/or Program Compliance Review. In the event that the Department conducts a compliance review, it may include the examination of records maintained by the Contractor. The review shall be conducted in accordance with the Department procedures. This review will not supplant the requirement to conduct a single audit of the Contractor.
