Final Fitness Adjudication. TSA PerSec will complete the final fitness determination after receipt, review, and adjudication of the completed OPM background investigation. The final fitness determination is an assessment made by TSA PerSec to determine whether there is reasonable expectation that the continued employment of the TSA contractor will or will not protect or promote the efficiency of the agency. An unfavorable final fitness determination will result in a notification to the COR that the contractor employee has been deemed unfit for continued contract employment and that he/she shall be removed from the TSA contract.
