Common use of Filing Period Clause in Contracts

Filing Period. Said appeal must be filed in writing within ten (10) working days of the conclusion of Step 1 above; and must contain the Notice of Intent, the written Xxxxxx decision of the Department Director or designee and all other correspondence exchanged from the start of the original recommended action and Step 1 activities.
