Common use of Filing Period Clause in Contracts

Filing Period. (1) The filing period for submitting applications will be a minimum of ten (10) working days and shall be indicated on the job announcement (2) If an employee is on leave during the entire filing period, and returns from leave before the next phase of the recruitment process, the employee will be allowed to submit his application within five (5) working days of returning from leave or file prior to the date of the test, whichever comes first. (3) An employee who does not meet the qualifications for the position will be notified and provided an opportunity to submit additional information within three (3) working days.
