Common use of Filing of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Filing of Agreement. Upon execution of this Agreement BellSouth shall file with the appropriate state Commission pursuant to the requirements of Section 252 of the Act. Each Party shall cooperate with the other and with any applicable regulatory agency to obtain regulatory approval of this Agreement. If the regulatory agency imposes any filing or public interest notice fees regarding the filing or approval of the Agreement, OnePoint shall be responsible for the costs of publishing the required notice and the filing fee shall be borne by both Parties equally.
