Common use of Filing of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Filing of Agreement. 27.1 Upon execution of this Agreement it shall be filed with the appropriate state regulatory agency pursuant to the requirements of Section 252 of the Act, and the Parties shall share equally any filing fees therefor. If the regulatory agency imposes any filing or public interest notice fees regarding the filing or approval of the Agreement, <<customer_name>> shall be responsible for publishing the required notice and the publication and/or notice costs shall be borne by <<customer_name>>. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement shall not be submitted for approval by the appropriate state regulatory agency unless and until such time as <<customer_name>> is duly certified as a local exchange carrier in such state, except as otherwise required by a state Commission.
