File Processing. On a monthly basis, ADAPs will transmit full file submissions in the format specified in their agreement. Full file processing requires the partner to submit a complete file of enrollees every month. Each month’s transmitted file will fully replace the previous month’s file. (Note: ADAPs are required to continue to include coverage records for 3 years after the termination date of the coverage.)
