Field Training Officer (FTO) Program Clause Samples
The Field Training Officer (FTO) Program clause establishes the framework for training and evaluating new or probationary employees under the supervision of experienced personnel. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities of both the trainee and the FTO, the duration and structure of the training period, and the criteria for successful completion. By formalizing the training process, the clause ensures that new staff receive consistent, hands-on instruction and assessment, thereby promoting competency, safety, and standardization within the organization.
