FIBER OPTICS. Fiber optic capacity is presently located in the right-of-way of Tanasbourne Drive directly adjacent to the Project's parking facility. Landlord has existing conduit running from Tanasbourne Drive to the Building. Tenant, at its cost and expense, shall have the right to retain a fiber optic company to pull fiber optic cable through such conduit to the Building. Tenant shall be responsible for any damage caused to the conduit or to the Building by exercising its rights under this Section 4.I.
