FFB's Agreement. FFB agrees that, upon delivery by RUS of a replacement RUS Guarantee as provided in section 6.2 of this Agreement, RUS shall be released and discharged from any further liability on account of the RUS Guarantee of the lost, stolen, destroyed, or mutilated Bond.
