FFB COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE. THE BOND Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, FFB agrees to purchase the Bond that is offered by the Borrower to FFB for purchase under this Agreement. ARTICLE 3 COMMITMENT CONDITIONS FFB shall be under no obligation to purchase the Bond under this Agreement unless and until each of the conditions specified in this article 3 has been satisfied.
