RUS Instruments Clause Samples
The 'RUS Instruments' clause defines the specific financial instruments or securities that are governed by the agreement, typically referring to Russian-issued instruments or those traded on Russian markets. In practice, this clause outlines which types of bonds, notes, or other debt instruments are included, and may specify criteria such as issuance location, governing law, or currency. Its core function is to clearly identify the scope of instruments covered, ensuring both parties understand which assets are subject to the agreement and reducing ambiguity or disputes over applicability.

(a) an original counterpart of this Agreement, duly executed by RUS;
