Fees for Services. For the services to be provided hereunder, the Portfolio shall pay the Sub-Adviser a sub-advisory fee calculated at the annual rates listed on the attached Schedule C. The fee shall be payable monthly as soon as practicable after the last day of each month based on the Portfolio Account's average daily net assets.
