Fees, Expenses and Reimbursement. (a) Subject to applicable law, the Adviser shall be entitled to receive such fees per services provided to the Fund as may be agreed to by the Adviser and the Fund pursuant to the Investment Management Agreement or such other agreements relating to such services.
