Feedstock. Seller shall supply Biodiesel that complies with the requirements of the [****] (the “[****] Biodiesel Procurement Policy”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment B. [****] Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portions. Upon mutual written agreement, the parties may adopt for this Contract any future amendments to or subsequent versions of the [****] Biodiesel Procurement Policy.
