Feedstock. Seller shall supply Biodiesel that complies with the requirements of the HECO-NRDC Environmental Policy. In addition, Seller shall supply Biodiesel that complies with the Principles and Criteria of the Roundtable for Sustainable Biofuels. Seller must maintain a clear, documented and verifiable chain of custody for all feedstocks.
Feedstock. Title, possession and risk of loss of any or all Feedstock accepted by Fulcrum for use at the Facility (including any non-conforming material which Fulcrum chooses to accept for processing) shall pass from Supplier to Fulcrum, and delivery shall be completed, when such Feedstock is unloaded from the delivery vehicle at the Delivery Point, subject to Sections 2.6 and 2.8. If Fulcrum is in possession of Rejected Materials, title and risk of loss to such Rejected Materials shall not pass to Fulcrum at the Delivery Point but shall at all times remain with Supplier, and Supplier shall be solely responsible for the handling, loading, transportation and disposal of such Rejected Materials following identification and segregation by Fulcrum. Such Rejected Materials shall be returned to Supplier at the Facility, unless Supplier and Fulcrum agree otherwise. Supplier shall reimburse Fulcrum (within forty-five (45) Days after receipt of an invoice) for Fulcrum’s reasonable costs and expenses relating to the handling of (and, if any, the loading, transportation and disposal of) any Rejected Materials (but not including any costs associated with the front-end sorting/shredding systems operated by Fulcrum).
Feedstock. The Declarant covenants that it will use petroleum coke and coal as its primary feedstock at the Project. Any renewable or other fuel may also be used pursuant to a written agreement with the City.

Feedstock supplied by IDK shall be within the composition and capacity of the SMU operated by Petrosonic, as determined by Petrosonic’s engineers and technicians from time to time.
Feedstock. Feedstock to the SMU which includes hydrocarbon material and water shall be supplied by Petrosonic. Petrosonic retains ownership of the feedstock at all times. Feedstock supplied to SMU shall be within the composition and capacity of the SMU, as determined by the QCC blend master.

Licensor represents that used base lubricating oil feedstock generally available in France and consistent with the used oil provided by the Vivendi group to Probex to process in its pilot plant during 2000, when processed in the First Facility using the ProTerra Process will produce high quality group II base oil (except with regard to sulfur content).
Feedstock. Seller shall supply Biofuel that complies with the requirements of the HECO- NRDC Environmental Policy (or Roundtable for Sustainable Biofuels Principles and Criteria) or demonstrate feedstock cultivation practices that follow the HECO-NRDC Environmental Policy (or Roundtable for Sustainable Biofuels Principles and Criteria) as applicable, which feedstock shall meet sustainable environmental standards endorsed by an independent governing body as mutually agreed to by the Parties.
