FEDERATION SECURITY. Section 1. Employees covered by the terms of this Agreement shall not be required to become members of the Federation. It is recognized that the Federation is required to represent allemployees in the bargaining unit fairly and equally without regard to whether or not an employee is a member of the Federation.
