Federation Access Sample Clauses

The Federation Access clause defines the terms under which members of a federation or consortium are granted access to shared resources, systems, or information. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility criteria, access procedures, and any limitations or conditions, such as security requirements or usage restrictions. For example, it may specify that only authorized representatives of member organizations can use certain databases or platforms. Federation Access. Designated Federation representatives shall receive ample opportunity to provide membership information to Union-represented positions during the employee onboarding process. The Federation and the Employer agree that the employer may not interfere with, restrain, or coerce employees in the exercise of rights guaranteed in ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇, MCA. The parties further agree that the employer shall direct all newly hired employees and current employees who have questions and concerns regarding Union membership to contact the Federation designated representatives.
Federation Access. FOPPO representatives, upon proper introduction and notice, shall have reasonable access to the premises of the Agency during all working hours to conduct Federation business (with appropriate observation of the security regulations of the Agency). During periods of bona fide emergency, this provision may be temporarily suspended by the Agency as required for the duration of the emergency.
Federation Access. District 13, OSSTF may be permitted to carry out Federation business on the Board’s premises, without charge, upon request in advance of such activity, and at a location and time determined by agreement between OSSTF District 13 and the Superintendent of Education/Operations.
