Federation Representation. 1. The EMPLOYER recognizes the FEDERATION Representative as the official representative of the EMPLOYEES. 2. The FEDERATION Representatives who meet with the Superintendent of Schools during the school year may submit items for the agenda which apply to Secretarial personnel.
