Federal Family Medical Leave Act. (FMLA), the Oregon Family Leave Act (OFLA) and the Oregon Military Family Leave Act (OMFLA). Oregon state government provides leave to employees according to the FMLA, OFLA, OMFLA, and in accordance with the Agreement. The provisions shall be provided in the DAS Statewide Policy 00-000-00, “Family and Medical Leave” in effect on July 1, 2019. IN the event of a conflict between the Policy and the terms of the Agreement, the Agreement will prevail. REV: 2019
