Fastener head shall recess fully into the plastic plate after it is driven. Plates shall be formed to prevent dishing. Do not use ▇▇▇▇-or cup-shaped plates. Fasteners shall conform to insulation manufacturer's recommendations. 2.2.1 Fasteners for Steel Concrete Decks Approved hardened penetrating fasteners or screws in accordance with FM 4450 and listed in FM APP GUIDE for Class I roof deck construction.
