Fair Practice. A. The employer and Union agree that there shall be no discrimination against any person because of age, sex, race, creed, national origin, handicap, political affili- ation, union affiliation, unionmarital status or for any reason in violation of the law. The parties agree to cooperate in comply- ing with the requirements of any appli- cable federal, state or local handicap or disability laws.
B. The Union agrees to represent all eligible employees equally.
