Fair Labor Standards Act Provisions. The Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, may govern certain terms and conditions of the employment of employees covered by this MOU. It is anticipated that compliance with the Act may require changes in some of the County policies and practices currently in effect or agreed upon.
