Failure to Perform Duties. If Executive fails or refuses to perform the duties reasonably required of him by the Company after notice and not less than fifteen (15) days opportunity to cure such failure or refusal, or if Executive takes actions reasonably calculated to cause his termination of employment, after notice and not less than fifteen (15) days opportunity to cure cease or otherwise such actions.
