Failure to Complete Stage/Phase on Time. Should such be a term and condition of the Contract, the amount specified in the proposal for “liquidated damages” shall be calculated, as specified, and deducted from any money due the Contractor, as long as work shall remain uncompleted for a stage/phase after the date specified in the contract for an intermediate completion.
