FAILING TO REPORT FOR WORK - CAMP RESIDENT. Any employee living in camp, who fails to report for work, shall be charged for room and board at the Board Allowance rate set forth in paragraph 13:04 for each day on which they fail to report for work; unless they have been excused from work by a physician, or has been excused by an authorized representative of the employer. A room and board charge for a failure to report to work shall be stated as a deduction on the weekly wage statement referred to in paragraph 12.04 of this Agreement.
