Faculty Senate. There shall be a Faculty Senate which shall maintain a Constitution and By-laws. Such Constitution and By-laws shall be incorporated herein by reference. Wherever any of the provisions, recommendations or actions of the Faculty Senate are in conflict with the Board of Trustees/Faculty Federation Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail. 1. The President of the Faculty Senate shall be elected annually by the members of the Senate from among its members. 2. The Faculty Senate shall have a Steering Committee elected annually by and from the members of the Senate and shall consist of the President of the Faculty Senate and at least ten (10) other members representing the Academic Councils and Librarians. 3. The Senate shall meet regularly once each month during the academic year. 1 ARTICLE VI
