Common use of Faculty Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Faculty Qualifications. Faculty members may be assigned only to teach courses for which they are qualified by reason of academic preparation and/or experience, as defined by the College. In addition, faculty teaching credit courses must adhere to the guidelines provided by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACSCOC) and/or other accrediting agencies, where applicable.
