FACILITIES SUPERVISOR. The Facilities Supervisor’s work schedule (hours of work and days of work) will be Monday-Friday 0700-1600. The District has the discretion to change or modify the work schedule (hours of work and/or days of work) twice per year a maximum duration of two weeks per change. The Facilities Supervisor is entitled to two fifteen-minute rest periods and one sixty-minute unpaid meal period each workday as scheduled by the Chief Operating Officer.

  • Facility Manager The Developer shall hand over management and upkeep of Common Portions (excluding the Said Club) and the Specified Facilities to a professional facility management organization (Facility Manager). In this regard, it is clarified that (1) the Facility Manager shall operate, manage and render specified day-to-day services with regard to the Common Portions of the Said Cluster and the Other Clusters and the Specified Facilities (2) the Facility Manager shall levy and collect the Common Expenses/Maintenance Charges (3) the Buyer shall be bound to pay the Common Expenses/Maintenance Charges to the Facility Manager (4) the Facility Manager, being a professional commercial organization, will not be required to render any accounts to the Buyer and it shall be deemed that the Facility Manager is rendering the services to the Buyer for commercial considerations (5) the Facility Manager shall merely be the service provider for rendition of services with regard to the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities and no superior rights with regard to the Common Portions and the Specified Facilities shall vest in the Facility Manager and (6) the Facility Manager may be replaced by consent of 80% (eighty percent) or more of the Intending Buyers and the Other Owners.

  • CONTRACTOR’S SUPERINTENDENCE Add the following at the end of the first paragraph of sub-clause 15.1: “The Contractor shall, within Fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Engineer’s order to commence the works inform the Engineer in writing the name of the Contractor’s Representative and the anticipated date of his arrival on site. The Contractor shall also submit a specimen signature of his proposed Site Agent /Road Manager who SHALL be the only signatory to payment of certificates/Monthly statements from the Contractor. The Contractor’s Agent or Representative shall have at least 5 years relevant experience as a Site Agent.

  • Construction Administration Redeveloper shall be responsible for all components of the Redeveloper Improvements constructed by Redeveloper including construction management, coordination of contractors and regulatory permitting and other requirements. Redeveloper and its contractor(s) shall reasonably cooperate with City contractors performing work in the vicinity of the Redevelopment Project Area including, but not limited to, Redeveloper's scheduling of its work to provide for a smooth sequence of operations. The Redeveloper will be solely responsible for payment of all construction costs for the Redeveloper Improvements as set forth in this Redevelopment Agreement.

  • Construction Bonds, Insurance and Supervision (i) The Recipient shall require that each of its Contractors furnish a performance and payment bond in an amount at least equal to 100 percent (100%) of its contract price as security for the faithful performance of its contract.

  • DEPARTMENT'S REPRESENTATIVE The Contract Administrator shall be the Department's representative during the period of this Contract. He/she has authority to curtail services if necessary to ensure proper execution. He/she shall certify to the Department when payments under the Contract are due and the amounts to be paid. He/she shall make decisions on all claims of the Provider, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of the Department.

  • Level Two - Superintendent of Schools a. If an aggrieved person is not satisfied with the decision concerning his/her grievance at Level One, he/she may, within three (3) days after the decision is rendered or within eight (8) days after his/her formal presentation, file his/her grievance with the Superintendent.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.
