FACILITIES, PAYMENTS AND SERVICES 9 A. CONTRACTOR agrees to provide the services, staffing, facilities, and supplies in accordance 10 with this Agreement. COUNTY shall compensate, and authorize, when applicable, said services. 11 CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously throughout the term of this Agreement with at least the 12 minimum number and type of staff which meet applicable federal and state requirements, and which are 13 necessary for the provision of the services hereunder.
