Extra duties allowance. Full-time and part-time employees who are required to temporarily perform extra duties due to the absence of a colleague will be entitled to an extra duties allowance of between 10% and 15% depending on the load of extra duties and additional responsibilities. Where an employee is required to undertake permanent higher or extra duties then their position description will be amended and re-evaluated to ensure remuneration remains appropriate.
