Common use of Extra Activities Clause in Contracts

Extra Activities. BEO WORLD offers the CLIENT the SERVICE of extra activities in accordance with the following guidelines: 6.1. THE CLIENT undertakes to pay BEO WORLD the price for the extra activities according to the established the payment schedule pursuant to Annex 5. 6.2. THE CLIENT undertakes to pay BEO WORLD the non-refundable amount in accordance with the payment schedule established in Annex 5. From that moment on, it will not be possible to cancel, make changes, request refunds, vouchers, or, if applicable, to transfer funds. 6.3. The payment deadline to settle the extra activities according to the PROGRAM and/or THE CONTRACTED SERVICES is as follows: a) For BEO, WEE, The Masters, International Experience and WEE Canada to be held during the months of March and April of each year: the deadline to pay off balance is December 15 prior to travel date. b) For BEO, WEE, The Masters, International Experience and WEE Canada to be held during the months of June and July of each year: the deadline to pay off balance is April 30 prior to travel date. 6.4. In the event that the outstanding balance for extra activities has not been settled, BEO WORLD reserves the right to cancel the purchase without the right to a refund, exchange, redemption, or any other form of substitution by the CLIENT. 6.5. The CLIENT may request a new quote from BEO WORLD, this being completely independent of the initial quote which could reflect increases in prices, dates, places and types of extra activity. In this case, once the quote has been accepted by the CLIENT, it must make the payment in accordance with a new calendar and through the execution of a new Agreement.
