Common use of External Clause in Contracts

External. 4.1.1 The Seller guarantees that the A320 Aircraft will be certified in accordance with FAR Part 36 Noise Standards, issue 1978, including Amendment 36-15, Stage 3. The applicable noise limits are as defined in paragraphs 36.201 and c36.5 (3).
